Covid-19 Statment

1.  If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment.  In this case our normal cancellation fee will be waived. Please note that you will be required to wait 14 days before rescheduling.

2.  Lateness policy: To allow us time to properly sanitize each station between appointments, it is important that you arrive on time.  Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and our same-day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.

3.  When you arrive, we will ask you to do the following:

  • Notify us by text that you are here. When we are ready for you, we will greet you outside the salon doors, take your temperature, and ask you to review and sign ou Covid-19 Release Form that we will have ready for you upon entry.

  • Put on an ear loop face mask, which you will wear at all times during your appointment.  Should you forget your mask we will provide one for you.

  • Sanitize your hands once inside the salon.

  • Refrain from hugging or shaking hands with your stylist. (Please note, your stylist may not be as talkative as normal due to the face masks… but we still love you!)

4.   Additional procedures will apply:

  • Please remain 6 feet apart from other guests, aside from your stylist.

  • Do not bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon.

  • Do not carry in any food or beverages, as per CDC guidelines.

  • Do not carry in large bags or luggage, except your laptop/laptop bag, which we will ask you to wipe down and disinfect.

To ensure your safety, transactions will be credit card only. Tips must be left on the credit card (we thank you so much!).

SALON POLICIES

NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds of any kind.

Please bring earbuds for any personal devices such as Cell Phones, iPads or Laptops for the comfort of those around you.

CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments are very important to the A-List Hair Salon team members.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.  Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with A-List Hair Salon.

COLORING
Any requests for adjustments to color or haircuts must be made within  72 hours of services rendered.
Some services such as corrective coloring and hair extensions may require a deposit.  The amount will be applied to the cost of your service when rendered. If you fail to show up for your visit, the deposit is non refundable.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

TARDINESS
  If you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at A-List Hair Salon.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, A-List Hair Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

CONFIRMATION TEXT
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply “C” to. However, if you do not confirm your appointment by 6pm, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS
 For the safety and sanitation of our guests, A-List Hair does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT’S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR A-LIST HAIR SALON.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
